1. NO NSFW2. NO Hateful/derogatory characters and or items3. NO hard Gore4. You agree to use the model under a CC BY-ND 4.0 License, except in the event of a refund where you will not own or possess the model in any sense (license linked at the bottom, and you may ask for exceptions)5. After I finish the Model I will only send it after I have given proof of finishing it and have been paid6. You agree that if you attempt/do skimp out on payment, I may use the Model for my own uses and distribute it on my own terms, and you agree to hand over all copyright/trademarks of the character to me so I may distribute it in the event you skimp out on payment.7. I can Refuse to do a commission (Before Payment) for any reason I see fit,
I will notify you if I do have to8. the date picked is NOT a guarantee, and my schedule may make the day it’s finished fluctuate, you will be updated if this happens of course9. in the event of a refund, if no work has been done yet 95% of what you spent will be refunded (there can and will be exceptions if someone were to without your knowledge commission artwork), I will take a small cut for the unavoidable taxes to send it back, and as I could've accepted another commissionand in the event of a refund where work was done 85% of what was spent will be refunded, I will take a cut to compensate for the work done,
you will of course not receive the modelFURTHER CLARIFICATION OF 6:In the event of a default on the agreed-upon payment, the defaulting party acknowledges the forfeiture of all rights to the model and its associated intellectual property. Subsequently, the non-defaulting party is granted the right to utilize, distribute, and, at its discretion, release the model and character rights into the public domain. All actions outlined in this provision are contingent upon compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
